What is Your Return Policy?
At LTS (Legacy Team Sales), your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We pride ourselves on producing some of the highest-quality printing and embroidery available. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your custom order for any of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are defective or flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e. the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is substantially different from the final design you submitted and/or approved. In the event of any such issues, we will work with you to resolve those issues to your satisfaction and will accept returns when necessary.
Unfortunately we cannot return/exchange items because of sizing issues so please refer to product documentation closely before ordering. For customized or decorated items, pay close attention to your artwork proof (including spelling, wording, layout, etc).
What is the Online Portal?
Think of the Online Portal as a mini-shop for your school, team, company, club, non-profit or group.
You can send your players or employees to your online portal, where they can place and pay for their own orders. No more collecting money, no more adding up sizes – we take all the work out of it for you.

Where’s My Order?
Did you order a stock item, or a product with no print? We will ship it within 1-business day. Check your account for tracking numbers.
Are you getting printed items or uniforms? Your items will typically within 10 business days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as they ship.
Always feel free to call us with any questions about your order!
Do I Get to See a Proof?
We will always send a digital proof of your items and designs before we print. This gives you a chance to double-check spelling, colors, location, etc. What you see is what we will print!
If you need any changes, it’s not a problem. Our free artwork also comes with one free revision. So just ask if you need a font change or want to something bigger/smaller. We want you to be thrilled with the final layout!
Any revisions after the first set will be $25.
What Types of Art Files Do You Accept?
We prefer all artwork to be sent in a vector format, with all text converted to outlines. We can accept .eps, .ai, .cdr or vector .pdf
If you don’t have vector art, we can also work with high-resolution files such as .jpg, .png, .tiff, .psd, .pdf
If you don’t have a high-resolution image, our art department can help you create something fantastic. Feel free to send us your ideas and our skilled artists will make a design and send it you for approval.
How Do I Get You My Artwork?
Most products have a place to upload your artwork when you’re adding them to your cart. If the File Upload option is missing, or if you are experiencing issues with it, you can email us your artwork. The easiest way to email your art is first to place your order, then reply to your order confirmation and attach your art.
